If your package is being returned to us, it may be due to an issue with the shipping address. Here’s what to do next:

  • Correct Address Provided – If your shipping address was correct but the package is still being returned, we’re happy to reship your order. However, to prevent the issue from happening again, we’ll need an alternate shipping address. If you have one, please provide your full address in the format below, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address – If the carrier was unable to deliver your package due to a missing, incomplete, or incorrect address (e.g., a missing apartment/unit number), it will be returned to us.
