What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 12 days ago

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

  • Go to: https://vela-scarves.loopreturns.com/#/ and enter your order information to begin the return or exchange process
  • Domestic orders only will be provided you with a pre-paid label which we will deduct from your original payment method a $5 handling charge. Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. (Please note we are unable to provide return shipping labels for international orders).
  • Once you have completed the return steps online, simply drop off your sealed package to your nearest USPS
  • As a reminder, VELA is not responsible for shipping fees, customs or lost returns.
